What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Social Media Managers who are passionate, proactive, and possess the following skills and qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow clients’ online presence and engagement.

• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, stories) tailored to each client’s brand and audience.

• Manage and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on clients’ social media platforms.

• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to achieve results.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align social media efforts with business goals.

• Handle paid social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.

• Convert inquiries into sales by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the sales funnel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

• Excellent content creation skills, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.

• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer) and the ability to interpret data.

• Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients and their audiences effectively.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

• A creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on social media trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, Google Ads).

• Experience with CRM tools and lead generation strategies.

• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

• A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns or projects.
