Job Description:

MG Staffing Solutions is seeking highly skilled and motivated AI Trainers and AI Developers to join our team remotely. As an AI Trainer or Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and refining AI models and systems. You will work on cutting-edge projects, ensuring the highest level of accuracy, efficiency, and innovation in AI solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

For AI Trainers:

1. Train and fine-tune machine learning models using large datasets.

2. Collaborate with data scientists and developers to improve model performance.

3. Develop and implement training pipelines for AI systems.

4. Evaluate and optimize AI models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

5. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

For AI Developers:

1. Design, develop, and deploy AI-based applications and systems.

2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI models.

3. Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and workflows.

4. Troubleshoot and debug AI systems to ensure optimal performance.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

 

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

2. Experience:

   • For AI Trainers: Proven experience in training and fine-tuning AI/ML models.

   • For AI Developers: Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

   • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

   • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.

4. Soft Skills:

   • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

   • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

   • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
