Remote AI Trainer/Developer

We’re hiring professionals who bridge the gap between AI development and model training, empowering businesses to automate decisions, detect anomalies, and unlock data-driven growth.

What You’ll Do

• Train & Optimize AI Models: Develop ML algorithms for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision, tailored to client industries (healthcare, finance, e-commerce, etc.).

• Build Scalable Data Pipelines: Clean, preprocess, and integrate data from diverse sources (APIs, IoT devices, SQL/NoSQL databases).

• Collaborate Remotely: Work with cross-functional teams (data scientists, DevOps, clients) to align AI solutions with business goals.

• Deploy Ethical AI: Ensure models comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and ethical AI standards while maximizing accuracy and efficiency.

• Iterate & Improve: Continuously monitor performance, retrain models, and refine outputs based on real-world feedback.

We’re Looking For

• Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).

  • Familiarity with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Industry Knowledge:

  • Background in training AI for use cases like fraud detection, customer behavior analysis, or predictive maintenance.

• Remote Work Skills:

  • Self-driven with excellent communication for virtual teamwork across time zones.

  • Ability to manage deadlines and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
